We tried to give my 5 year old Xofluza. I crushed it and put it in some water and she coughed and spit it all up

That was a quick $60 down the drain

And I 100% recommend the zinc, vitamin C and quercitin. Don't forget vitamin D.

Just get the immune system boosting vitamins and it has all of that in it. I take them daily for the past two years and have not caught the flu, covid, or the common cold.

I go back to work I'll be letting my HR and Blue Cross hear exactly what I think about the insurance policy I pay $500 a month (my portion) for and how useless it is when I actually need it. I know it won't do any good, but it may make me feel a little better

No you need to tell your HR people this type of stuff more employees should do this!

What kills me is the people that buy the Chinese Covid test kits. Wake up people!

Never had the flu shot…never got the flu.

It pains my soul to agree with BabyTac on anything, but I’ve never had the flu shot and never had the flu. Never had COVID either. I get the antibody test every year as part of my annual.

My wife went to see relatives in LA 2 weeks ago and came home with the flu, this week it is M. pneumoniae. She has missed more work in the last 2 weeks for illness than she has in the last 10 years whatever is going around down there is serious.
