Why is reform not being pushed on these medical clinics that are in cahoots with the attorneys? The practice of clients being steered to these places so the doctors can just run up giant bills is complete bullshite. If the attorneys were truly on the up and up and cared for their clients well being like they claim, why wouldn’t they send them to reputable health care outlets, not these strip mall schysters.

The doctors are the ones who are really committing the questionable actions. If doctors were held to real standards in this area, the lawsuit abuse would end. Real suits and injuries could still get paid without "tort reform" and the questionable/fraudulent cases would not.

The two sides are in cahoots. It takes two to tango, the attorneys aren’t stupid and know when a client walks in with some bullshite claim. Aren’t some of these “clinics” partially owned by the attorneys? I know for a fact some of these clinics wine and dine the attorneys too.

Governor smoke screen. His team has already labeled Temple Trust Fund Timmy cause his family is well off and his dad was in insurance. Landry is a greasy little dude. He can now claim that he’s trying to fix the problem by Temple is throwing blocks up to protect his insurance pals. Temple needs to be the next Gov. but the plaintiff lawyers ain’t about to let that happen.

A trial attorney from Lafayette, Cle’ Simon, wrote an article in Lafayette’s 008 magazine titled “Why Tort Reform is a sham”. He’s scared. I think they are feeling the pressure. Need to keep on shitting on them and Landry. They are all pieces of shite.
I hope Cle’ is reading this…he seems like a chode.

I would love to know why Tim Temple kept all and I mean all of Donelon's useless New Orleans yats as deputy commissioners at the DOI. Temple had a chance to clean house from unclassified overpaid shite for brains C and even M level but decided to just keep all of Donelon's incompetent political favors right in their comfy little spots. Temple is kinda useless for anyone in the know.
