I don’t think I like Woodward personally, and I was very ready for Kelly to get fired, but I cannot say that I thought it was a bad idea at the time.

At the time Kelly was hired from Notre Dame, he was the winningest active coach in the country not named Nick Saban. We “stole“ him from Notre Dame while they were in the playoff picture and having a very good season. It looked right at the time and I am not a hypocrite. So I can’t blame Woodward for hiring Kelly
I was in his corner and believed that he could get it done until he told me I was spoiled. For some reason, that reminded me of Gerry Dinardo in a very, very negative way.

The problems in Dinardo‘s last two years were obvious to everybody except perhaps him. In that press conference, Kelly sounded so much like him that a switch flipped in my brain and his firing could not have come soon enough

What shotgun shells for pigs?

I’m going after pigs with a shotgun hoping to get more than one per blast. I’ve been using buckshot but thinking of using a smaller size with a bigger spread.

Has anybody tried this and what were your results?
When his brother went out, the first two series they brought in Tylan Singleton (46) and I thought he did a good job.

Did anybody see if he got hurt?

Just seemed like a curious decision to bring in a 17 year-old true freshman that the coach admits didn’t know the scheme
I don’t think she will run for US Senate.

Trump is not going to endorse her despite what Jeff Landry is telling people

Letlow is attractive, but her voting record is Bill Cassidy 2.0

Fleming has literally nothing to offer and he’s 75 years old

Skrmetta…

Miguez is a solid candidate with a good first Fundraising quarter. He is your next US senator if the field stays like it is
The 2019 defense had a lot of good players, but as a unit they were nothing special. Teams moved to the ball and scored at will on them. Sure, they made some plays here and there as a good players will but 2019 was not even a very good defensive unit

2025 looks to be special. One game is not enough to judge, but it looks good so far!
I agree on voter ID, but paper ballots make it easier for Democrats to cheat.

Hodson?
Flynn - won a NC
List falls off a cliff after that
These reductions stem from fewer wrecks in 2024 and no major storms. They have NOTHING to do with the passage of any legislation in 2025!

I have those but my gf (no pics) won’t let me leave the house in them
Jeff Landry’s trial lawyer buddies need the extra policy limits to pay for the jets to fly our “conservative” Gov around

POS

Those bills that passed were the bare minimum that Landry thought would keep the public from completely exploding. He vetoed the only bill that would have actually made a difference. Several other good bills which might have made a difference were killed in Senate committee.

Never lose sight of the fact that Jeff Landry is bought and paid for by ambulance chasing billboard lawyers.

They own his little A$$! And he is paying them back with your money!
I agree with you about Nancy Landry. She rocks!

Jeff Landry..not so much
in 2020, when Cassidy was running for reelection, he wrapped both arms around Trump and pledge to be MAGA. Then, within a few months of getting reelected he stabbed Trump in the back by voting to convict him in the sham impeachment trial

Now, Cassidy is once again running for reelection and trying to wrap both arms around Trump and pledging to be MAGA. Sound familiar?

He has proven to be a liar and Backstabber and unreliable. That is not an opinion. That is simply a fact.

Because of that, I do not believe that Bill Cassidy can get 50% in a Republican primary in Louisiana.

Prove me wrong
He will definitely have multiple Republican challengers in the Aprill closed party primary.

Louisiana Treasurer John Fleming, former congressman and Trump administration deputy chief of staff, announced last fall.

Blake Miguez, ultra conservative state senator and world pistol champion announced the last month.

There are a couple of other also-rans like Eric Skrmetta who have announced but are unlikely to move the needle.

My money is on Miguez!

Cassidy Sucks!
So Landry lied?

Is anyone surprised at this point?

POS needs to be a memory
