Morris actually made the first and second outs of the inning and got a double in between. The NCAA record 17 consecutive batters to reach base started after he got out the first time and ended with his second out of the inning.

He did in fact make up for it later in the year, lol
When Jeff Landry wins, the people of Louisiana lose.

You cannot be pro business and pro trial lawyer. Trying to serve two masters will end his political career (maybe it already has)
Word is that he will unveil the billboard lawyer’s plan to pretend to fix insurance rates but to really keep their gravy train going

100% bought and paid for!

Landry is the biggest fraud EVER!

Supposedly Governor “trial lawyer“ Landry is going to have a press conference on Wednesday where he announces his insurance reform package.

I’m a little bit scared…
Miguez and Fleming are the only two conservatives on that list!

Hell NO to Landry!
Landry gave the Dems a congressional seat, a Justice on the La Supreme Court, and has appointed many high profile Dems to big positions.

Jindal didn’t do any of that
Or are they the same?

I don’t follow that closely anymore. Do they have the same advisors? They seem to be making the same mistakes

Both bought and paid for by the trial lawyers so insurance rates never get better

Both seem to be looking at DC while Louisiana circles the drain

Am I missing something?

Julia Letlow for US Senate

I have been hearing her name mentioned more and more often regarding Bill Cassidy’s US Senate seat. She is certainly better than Bill Cassidy.

What does the board think?
What about Fleming?
Blake Miguez?
Jeff Landry???

Anybody else?

I am a YES on all 4. I am tired of Louisiana being too scared to make real changes. I don’t want my grandkids to grow up in a banana republic.

It is a YES for me!
I have no experience with that level of crazy
They were both part of the USSR. Both were Soviet socialist republics. It is not like we “fought” Russia during the Cold War and not Ukraine.

They were both enemies. Ukraine is no more of a traditional ally than Russia is

Just sayin’
In 1864, No. Things were too far gone by then.

In 1862, Yes
Landry is 100% bought and paid for by trial lawyers.

He is also an idiot!

My brother-in-law lives in Shreveport and I went there with him to pick up a gun they had worked on a couple of years ago. Seemed like a great place. I talked to the owner and a couple of employees. They were all very knowledgeable and friendly. I would have no problem bringing anything to them to work on
You are doing it wrong!

I have been married twice and both wives initiated sex between 1 and 2x per week and NEVER said NO when I initiated.

Short answer: Make sure she enjoys it and you won’t have to negotiate!

Mike Johnson is NOT a RINO

I have known Mike since he was in the Louisiana Legislature. He is a true conservative who reveres President Reagan. He quotes Reagan and the Bible when the cameras are not on him

Since becoming Speaker, he has had to do some things that are against his nature. But you have to consider the context. Biden was President and the Dems controlled the Senate. Anything other than shutting down the Gov’t was going to require Democrat votes and the signature of a Dem President

Neither of those factors are true anymore. Trump is President and Republicans control the Senate.

Mike Johnson as Speaker under Trump will look VERY different than he did under Biden and a Dem Senate

I say this with some conviction because I know the man. I know his heart and his thought processes.

He is a GREAT Speaker and we should all be praying that he retains the gavel
