When you average in places like Ferriday, North Baton Rouge, the 9th ward, Shreveport..... It kinda pulls the average down.

And we have what? The most O&G in the entire country, along with Texas and Alaska? It’s a complete shame that we have such poverty in such a rich natural resource state. We’re like Africa of the US. Rich in resources, yet very poor, and discombobulated.
