Royce Duplessis, Democrat from New Orleans He represents the French Quarter/Warehouse District/Treme/7th Ward.

He's one of JBE's biggest allies in the House if you haven't picked up that out yet. He's a regular guest in the Governor's suite at Saints and LSU games.

wait... this is still ongoing?

Rep. Mandie Landry is apparently back to battling tOT on FB

I assumed hearings were over

unless this is a committee and she's not in this committee (I figured this was in the full legislature)

Fox news has Louisiana's death total at 2115. That's 73 higher than yesterday. So, where did they get their info from?

This current lady arguing that Miguez bringing up nail and hair salon businesses is irrelevant because they can't open up until phase 3. Well, bitch, how you think we get to motherfricking phase 3? Stop railroading starting phase 1 would be a good start

My thoughts exactly- this whole thing is to get the process STARTED, and to not be misled again come 5/15.

I was told BRFD was told to expect a 10 day delay to reopen 5/26

It was 3rd hand info but it makes sense that JBE would use Memorial Day as an excuse to delay
