Is this the first day they reported tests from the past week in actual percentage? Why didn’t they do this for every other update?

Fin I know many people without a primary — they’re not usually sick so they just go to walk in when needed.

Look for test dump on Monday.
I got tested Thursday was told 24 hrs and would have results on Friday. Then was told it would be Monday because backlog and holiday. Friday noon everything was shutting down till Monday at the testing facility.

We were doing rapid tests for asymptomatic exposures but demand through the roof, I saw almost 150 patients in 2 shifts by myself. Now only testing sick people. 6 staff members + now due to influx of patients with the rapid test. To hell with that test

Just curious .. if where you work has someone come in for some type of other illness and not looking for a covid swab, do y'all fit them in or do they wait in line?

Just heard about two brothers with covid pneumonia. One is being airmeded to Nola for Echmo. Family could use prayers.

They are looking for convalescent plasma donors. Type B or AB. The sicker one is only 19 years old. He is the nephew of the principal at my daughter’s school. A 2019 Teurling’s graduate.

I wonder if all of those are from the metro area? Or if people are traveling through there or from the small outskirts.

This is speaking of the Lafayette area. Worries me if we’re sick with something other than this and need a walk in visit — I wonder if they’d take someone sick before someone without symptoms but there for a test??
I agree. I needed to get tested for work 4 days before a trip. Tried CVS and Walgreens and told they just stopped testing anyone. Only those with symptoms. Tried an urgent care, 6 days later and still no call. Some saying it took 13 days to get call back. Went to Walmart and told they stopped testing all together. Found a medical group site about 30 minutes away and got tested.
Prior to last week, it was quite easy to get tested, now its much more difficult.

I just lied on the cvs online questionnaire and said my wife had symptoms in order to get her tested.
