Those are fantastic numbers so far
Postive rate falling multiple days in a row, deaths still have no spike even though we are now over a month into the case spike......
fightin tigers to poo poo this in 5, 4, 3......
I don't know if I'd go as far as calling them fantastic, but it does look like a positive trend over the last few days. If %pos continues to trend down then hospitalizations should follow.

How can they not keep the names straight and realize that should be just 1 positive?

In order to be tested at a #GeauxGetTested site, people must provide a telephone number and an email address. A photo ID is NOT required.

Your mistake is assuming that this is a "can't" instead of a "won't".

I wonder if cancer takes a backseat to other diseases with death rates below 1% now????

Here's the problem I'm seeing first hand.
My wife is about to start up a study of anyone who's willing to get testing for Covid-19, the virus or the antibodies. They're looking for both and doing multiple tests at once. There's no background taken in terms of the disease. They don't know if you've already tested positive and they don't care. Her employer has gotten a huge grant for the test so they are getting paid no matter what they find. But those results will be turned in and all positives... of the virus or antibodies... will go in as "new" cases. This is simply an initiative to test by JBE. Context and results be damned. But hey, health system X gets millions of dollars!!!

That is 100% bullshite
I gave blood yesterday & they told me they would test for antibodies & contact me if positive to donate plasma
I’m wonder if they are counting blood donations as positives

I love the downvote as if what I'm saying isn't 100% true.
They have a certain number of tests they have to complete. That's all this company is concerned with... just hit that number.

I dont believe the antibody part. If positive antibody tests are being counted as new positives then JBE can lick my taint

Seems likely to me. Regardless of symptoms you are positive for covid and should be part of the numbers, as long as it's double checked for double positives.

Likely just the date of the antibody test honestly.

Louisiana does not include antibody tests results in the numbers. Georgia was doing this for a while to manipulate the testing percentage but stopped. How would all tests be positive?
