Yes I understand rules and how they work....I also understand that people like JBE don't give a damn about rules when it comes to getting what they want.

The real pain in the butt for a bar becoming a restaurant will be trying to satisfy the 50.1% food revenue standard.

There is still a ton of money for LSU to make with TV.

I'm pretty sure those contracts will be paid regardless in some way shape or form even if there are no games.

You ever been to a game in Welsh, LA...how about Pine, LA...maybe Varnado, LA. My point is there are a helluva lot more of those places than there are Catholic High, Rummel, or Parkview Baptist.

Yep. They don't care in Jefferson. Giving out "food licenses" like candy.

Yes I'm talking above and beyond that barrier to entry....but yes they would have to serve food for probably at least 2 months to get there (and that's probably being overly optimistic)....then the process of getting the license converted would have to happen which could be outright denied by JBE's minions due to Corona or could be delayed for months on end due to Corona...who knows?

If that is actually happening then kudos to them and I was wrong...I doubt that is the case everywhere though.

Yea it's not happening in Acadia either (otherwise the 3 bars in downtown Crowley that usually crush it would be open I'd imagine)....they are scared shitless of JBE over here....I'm not sure why for a city council and mayor that call themselves conservative.

All the schools that differentiate between stage 2 and stage 3 for what they offer are gonna have to decide if they will change gears since everything keeps going down and the next phase should be called sooner or later.

You think some of the schools in Louisiana teach counting?

September 3 is less than 3 weeks away and they don't have an opponent but they still think they will play....

Maybe they could see if Destroya could line up a team of her SWB employees to play them since they aren't doing anything else

Is this "standard" really even being enforced at all in this state? I think something has had to change in the last three months about how they handle this kind of stuff.

I know this isn’t your personal position, I just don’t understand how the government comes to this decision.

You sell a small tray of pretzels for $5. It’s a special that comes with a beer. They make $0 on the beer
