Placebo effect is valid too bro.

I didn't say anyone should go to jail. I'm for full legalization. But these shitty vape shops should not be telling people lies in order to sell CBD oil to idiots.

Georgia is the same way. It's legal to have, but illegal to sell. Tell me how that's supposed to work.

I think the legislature has cleaned that up. Just today I drove past two places with signs advertising CBD for sale. One was a gas station, the other was a storefront that seemed dedicated mostly (if not entirely) to selling CBD.

FDA approved cannabinoid prescription

Will this FDA approved medication be illegal as well? What a crock of shite that is.

So they are wasting their time with people with terminal diseases, looking for relief. Or just everyday people trying to get away from opioids.

frick the ATC and anyone that supports the little jackbooted thugs. Enemies of freedom. Go find some actual criminals in the hood and leave decent citizens alone

CBD has been legal in GA. The law I'm referencing is for low thc medical marijuana by prescription. It's legal, but no one can sell it legally.

They are wasting OUR time and OUR money. The only thing the LABOP can do more dependably and efficiently than other states regarding marijuana access is nothing. Progress and improvement is not a priority to LABOP. The same people have been running the show for decades.

The only marijuana progress you should expect from LABOP is fees, fines, and micro-regulation that slow and prohibit access to medical marijuana. They have always been and still are determined and meticulous about delaying doing anything useful with this legislation.

Hopefully store owners realize this is unconstitutional and don’t comply.

As much of a pain as the supremacy clause can be it’s a help here: federal law differentiates between hemp/MJ and explicitly allows CBD oil with <.03% THC

The medicinal use laws in GA are constrained to a small group of diseases and conditions. Unfortunately, and unsurprisingly, medical marijuana in GA is nothing like it was in CA where you just went to a doctor and complained of migraines, anxiety, etc., and got a script to go to the weed shop around the corner.

As to the OP, I struggle to understand the impetus behind this decision. CBD is 100% non-psychoactive. People are not taking CBD and getting high...it's impossible. So what could the motivation possibly be? Are they going to outlaw loose leaf tea next?

It's bullshite for the people here who want to sell it. Spas to coffee shops could be selling cbd oils if our state wasn't so fricking retarded.

I know the 2018 FB assures interstate commerce and transport of hemp items, but I'd be a bit wary of going up against local LEO'S. However, I'm sure some of the hemp/CBD shop owners have seen this coming and already have consulted legal about it.

Hell I would be looking for a chance to do just that. I might open up a CBD shop just to join the fight against these worthless thugs with badges.

Louisiana can never get anything right.

This may sound harsh, but I don't think it'll get better until all the boomers who were brought up to fear weed and made it into the devil are no longer running this state and can't use their power to influence policy. Probably a lot of their kids too.

CBD oil is snake oil.
You say this and I know you've never tried it or known anyone who has.

It's been shown to have benefits that help reduce seizures and swelling in joints, especially the knees.

I feel like your post is so stupid, it has to be a troll.
