Actually, if it does anything, it makes the collective population weaker because it removes natural selection forces by those weaklings dying.
It does nothing to weaken the individual immune system you dumb frick. It’s not like it steps in and takes care of the virus for it.
It’s still all 100% your immune system. All vaccines are is target practice.
But if you are all for eugenic approach, why not make a personal contribution to improving the gene pool.
