Went through that with my mother in law. I am sorry about your mom. Any disease that makes a mother forget her children is a really horrible one. Sending prayers for you and your family.

Death must be so beautiful. To lie in the soft brown earth, with the grasses waving above one's head, and listen to silence. To have no yesterday, and no to-morrow. To forget time, to forget life, to be at peace.

Very sorry for your loss.

Sorry for your loss
You know it is the natural order of things but it still hurts, especially when they are tortured for a year or two on the way out.

My father passed away shortly after the 9-6 game in 2011. He had Alzheimer's and it eas sad to see him go downhill like he did for years prior to his passing.
My prayers to you in this difficult time

Real sorry for your loss.
Dementia is often described as you did. Real hard on the loved ones.

I'm not going to say sorry for your lost. You have plenty of comments like that.
I'd say celebrate her life! 83 years was a hell of a run. Remember her in her happiest moment and carry that with you, not the struggles at the end. Be there for you family and lift them up with the happiest of memories anytime they start to get down about the situation.
I lost both my parents in my thirties and this is the only way I was able to deal with it.
Good luck to you and your family brother!

I'm so sorry for your loss. I really am. But I agree she's not suffering anymore.......and she's very happy as she beholds the glory of God in the fullest.
Like your mother my Mom was a saint. But in the last few months of her life (and especially after Dad passed) she was really unable to even communicate......she was just there.
I will see my Mom again (maybe soon)...........and so will you see your Mom again. But you may not recognize her as she will be the young vibrant beautiful woman she was as a young woman.
Prayers for you.
