Shoulders are the hardest. Had the left replaced at 52 and the right replaced at 63.
I did a lot of damage to my body during my 30s and 40s. Wouldn’t trade it though.

In @ 47. Fully understand what my pops meant when he said "If I knew I'd live this damn long i would have taken better care of myself when I was younger."

I don’t know what the “ FBD thread” means. But I’m on my seventh beer and haven’t left my dock yet. Going to get some more right now so I can stay off the highway later. Gonna be a beer drinking day.

Lord I’m much too young to feel this damn old check in thread by sqerty
"It's not the years, honey. It's the mileage"

I'm @100k and still running smooth

Yeah, but like I used to tell my uncle (in his early 70s at the time), "Them ain't highway miles, unc."

At football practice when he was 17 he had a compound, external fracture to his femur. That landed him a steel rod, plates, screws, etc. He later fell out of a tree stand while hunting. Several years later he fell off a house and broke his back. All of this happened while he was working 12 hour swings at a plant, some of it in management.

Those were offroad miles, and they took their toll.

Lord I'm much too rich to deal with Trisha Yearwood's fat arse.

41 here checking in. 3 mile run this morning was rough. Hurts. Dog had fun. That makes it all worth while. Remember, no matter how far, slow, or little you run...you are lapping everyone on the couch.
