My doctor told me on Tuesday that I should quit working and just do “ hood rat shite with my friends.” And that’s what I’m going to do. Off to the bayous,lakes,marshes and swamps. I’ve already explored the Gulf of Mexico,so I want to go to some of the big sac a lait lakes.
I’d really like to see some mountains one day too. Just don’t know if I’ll have enough time. Be nice to meet a nice lady that would like me for a while,but I don’t think that will ever happen.

Feeling 75 at age 40. And the thing is, I know when I exercise, move my body, eat right, drink a lot of water, get in the sun, I feel so much better but I'm too fricking lazy to do it.

I’ll take my 59th trip around the sun in about 2 weeks. Just had colonoscopy and they took 3 small polyps that were of no concern. Had bloodwork done too and all looked good. Cholesterol was a little high, but whose isn’t!!
General aches and pains in knees but not too bad. Hopefully will be slowing work down in a few months.

Ain’t that the truth.
I’m 42. Had a herniated or bulging disk last year and it took for-ever to heal.
Makes me appreciate my mobility even more so I’ve been working out (focusing on core strength) more than I have in over a decade
