1991 Suburban with the 6.2L diesel was my first car. What a beast.

Quality was horrific, however.

There's one door on the driver's side.


Dunno what that black plug looking thing is. Looks added on as the gas cap is towards the back.

My grandparents had a 79 model that was very similar to this one. If you put the pedal to the metal you could actually watch the gas gauge go down.

I had a friend that had a 3/4 ton Suburban 4wd with a 454. He said it would stare down 8 mpg and not even blink.
