Staff told us yesterday we couldn't practice on a field next to where the mexicans play soccer.
They prefer us to practice on the opposite side of the park to 'keep tensions down'.
Gotta be honest, the kids dance to the salsa too. They don't care. The Mexicans don't care. I mean wtf

I don't think I've actually ever encountered "park staff". Do they wear uniforms and have whistles that let you know they have authority?

Can confirm. Have played soccer at Burbank & independence park several times, the hispanics out there hate anyone who's not Hispanic. Been called racist things at both parks.
