These two people had to know they would face charges eventually. The kids get older then confide in a friend, school nurse or counselor, or anyone else about their abuse. All this was going to come out eventually, it always does. There is no statute of limitations on these type of charges, so even if 5-20 years later they were going to face charges.

That's kinda what I said earlier. It's not like these 2 people were derelicts living out in the remote woods like animals. They had to be of reasonable intelligence. They held jobs that require some kind of logical thinking and social interaction. No way they could believe they would never be caught. Can't understand how someone can think that way.

None at all? Statutes of limitation aren't some bizarro tip of the hat to a well planned crime.No matter how vile the accusation it's unreasonable to expect someone to account for their whereabouts or produce witnesses to events 40 years in the past.

I can tell you that the principal at the school is a great guy. If he knew something about this, he would have handled it how it should have been handled. You never know the demons people have and let control them, so let’s not guilt by association people that haven’t done anything wrong but now have to repair this mess as best as it can be repaired.

Do people that do these things really think they won't eventually get caught. Especially when you are leaving the trail for them. And if what is being reported, how can you live with yourself doing things like that to kids that age.
It's sickening. All you can do is raise your kids knowing the world you are sending them out into can be really harsh.
