I really don’t know. The guy who hosts the Real Life Real Crime podcast is a retired LP detective who knew Denny well & still has connections. In a recent episode, he said there was video of him jerking off into cupcake batter & pictures of the kids eating the cupcakes, or something along those lines. He implied there was legit proof.

There is reason a retired deputy should have information that is sealed
And why would he put confidential information for an ongoing investigation in a podcast?
I’m just saying everyone keeps saying victims plural, seems to me it should be more than 1 count

I would like for someone with legal knowledge to clarify the 1 count, if it would cover multiple victims
