Had a conversation with a police officer I know. They have access to a system that will show a map and where child porn is being downloaded or watched. Said it lights up like a christmas tree all day long. Sad.

This can be found in any parish or any county in the United States. Arguing who is worse is moot.
Y'all both need to just shut the frick up and realize what these three sick people have been doing.

There's not a lot of reasoning that goes into bond settings these days. Judges just have a figure in mind for certain crimes and add them all up. In theory, the person is supposed to be legally innocent at this stage and bond is supposed to merely ensure his presence in court, and judges can adjust the amount based on factors like how dangerous he is or flight risk.

That suggests that they know from where it is being downloaded. Why don't they shut them down - those are the predators. (a lot of it is foreign I would guess so it isn't easy).
