I forgot about Scuffy! definitely a good one.

I didn't realize the original publications were that long ago.....

The first 12 titles were printed in September 1942 and released to stores in October:[4][5]

I grew up with this one in my collection (hand me down from my siblings who were 20 years older + me being old)
