You know if you are just buying frozen, like I do when I pass through, you don’t have to wait in the long arse line. There is better boudin out there though, just not around me.

Did you count for yourself are was there some type of electronic ticker that showed you how many people were in line? If not of the about how do you know there was exactly 1000 people in line?

Don’t be afraid to give Bourque’s in Port Barre a try. Lots of specialty meats in addition to boudin & gratons.
