Or you could just raise your kids right to the best of your abilities, let them make their own mistakes, then correct the behavior that is inappropriate.

If you are pissed that amazon employees laugh at your convos and you use this app, you’re a hypocrite.

Just a thought.

I trust my oldest daughter. And I don't track her.
My 10 yr old however...will be tracked 24/7. She's a deviant like dad.

There are much better apps than find my iPhone.

18 girl

At what point will you no longer use it with her?
Graduates college?

Just curious when she will be treated as an adult
If you are supporting her through school I see the point of still using it

Oh, I trust mine as well...it’s just a comfort in knowing their location I suppose. It also tracks the routes they take, vehicle speed, hard breaking, rapid acceleration, cell phone usage and crash detection if you pay a small yearly fee.

This kinda reminds me of “Arkangel” from the Black Mirror series on Netflix.

I use it with my daughter. She's 18 but had some serious developmental issues and is about on par with a 10 year old maturity-wise. In her case the app actually allows her to have a bit more independence than she would have if I couldn't check up on her.

I use it:

#1 kids are NOT trustworthy, at least not mine.

#2 I bought the car and pay insurance, as long as they are using it, 360 must be on

#3 see #1

And we wonder why 25 year millennials are helpless overgrown children.

Two kids mid 40s. I raised them right, they have to make their own mistakes and learn from them now. If I find out they are not where they say they are, or doing what they are not supposed to do there are consequences. They have to worry about being caught doing something wrong, not monitored like North Koreans and unable to think for themselves.

Yeah for my daughter. I don’t use it but her mom does. Notifies her if she’s speeding, hard braking, her location. Lol it’s a bit much

We've got it for our middle schooler. Lets us know when he gets home from school so mom doesn't freak out that he got nabbed in the 100 yds to the bus stop. I've never looked at it though.
