I think it speaks to how far advanced body based plastic surgery remains to facial plastic surgery.
They can do wonders with just about any body, with enough time and money, but facial plastic surgery is like carving soap-- they can only keep sheering off the edges, until what's left is unnervingly mannequinish.
She's still lovely, but there's that hint of absolute artificiality that you don't immediately feel about a superior body, even if you know it has work.
