Technology isn’t helping. I’m amazed at the staggering number of people trying to find the newest app or calorie tracking watch to make them feel like they are doing something, while seeing no positive physical benefits. People are scared or too lazy to do the work, Plain and simple.

I’m someone who takes a tremendous amount of pride in my appearance. I will never understand how anyone allows themselves to get to those kinds of weights and doesn’t feel uncomfortable enough to lose it.
