i make this turn every morning on the way to work. And at least 2 times a week someone coming from the other direction either does the B move ahead of me or tries to do it when i'm already in the crossover..

B is correct but how many times do y’all have to hit your brakes because as your getting into position Mr A cuts in front of you;(
Try taking a left onto highland from state street coming from Louie’s.... between that and the auxiliary drive through line for canes ( ie state street)... I just avoid the intersection...

it varies.as i said i make this turn every morning. some times folks cooperate. but, sometimes you get the A move A-hole.

Perhaps “ever” was a little hyperbolic. I am unaware of ever seeing anyone do B. I don’t make a lot of turns like this (def not daily), so I probably miss the few who do it properly because I don’t notice. It’s certainly not the norm, though.
