This report didn't really turn the dial for me against her. There were a lot of assumptions being made by the people Lee interviewed and she can make a lot of arguments to counter those assumptions. I was hoping for more damning information tonight.

Zurich is a disingenuous grandstanding POS. He uses half truths and fancy graphics that he tries to present as a wow factor. His gotcha conclusions generally ignore other perfectly valid explanations. Not a fan of Latoya and don’t know this Vappie guy. Some of his entries were questionable and probably fudged, but just because she lands at Msy at 5:30 doesn’t mean he gets to knock off. He probably has to babysit her while she chugs margaritas until midnight. He may be banging her and she told him he could stay clocked in while they chilled. They aren’t the slam dunk that he tries to sell.

I can't stand LaToya and think she is a total POS but tonights report by Lee really fell short. If I felt it fell short imagine how African Americans in New Orleans viewed this report--it may have the opposite effect by actually galvanizing some of that support towards her.

I had no clue who this Zurik dude is, so I googled him and started reading. I got this quote from Teedy in a Fox8 story and busted out laughing in my office:

The fact that she appointed some dipshit cop with ZERO experience in housing to a housing board reeks of corruption.

Those boards are always made of political appointments with little to no experience.
