After moving into a $36 million estate, James has listed one of his other homes. The mansion can be found in the highly regarded Brentwood Park neighborhood in Los Angeles. Just to give an idea of what residents in the area can expect to spend, bestplaces.net tells us that a studio apartment in Brentwood will yield $1920 per month, on average.

Just think if America wasn't so oppressive towards him

Not as much as I was expecting unless that's a typo.

You'd think there'd be a significant discount due to the incidences of racist graffiti and intimidation in the area.

Is this the house with graffiti on the gate? Does the fact LeBron personally decorated and painted parts of the estate increase the value?

That average probably accounts for rent control units. I looked at a $4400 1 bedroom a few years ago. The absolute deal-breaker is that they wanted to charge fridge rent ($100/month), or I could bring my own fridge.

If the house doesn't fit, you must demo it.
