Models are trending towards a more vertically stacked 13 moving into the Gulf and a nearly decapitated 14.
Images above are 850mb and 500mb at the end of the 18z Euro. 14 isn't tilted or sheared, it is decoupled and there is nearly no 500mb vort associated with it at this point. 13 appears to close to being fully stacked, meaning that it could strengthen more from this point forward.

Not looking good for Louisiana with these trends. They all have it strengthening to skullfrickery levels and they seem to all think TD14 does nothing.
