HWRF and HMON running on Levi's site...
HMON out to 39 hours is a little weaker and about 30 to 40 miles SW of previous run

If Laura makes landfall south of LC or further East I’ll probably stay put.
I'm in Vinton, same here. If it ramps up to a 3 and looks like it will hit west of LC we will leave.

Don't think so. They have been erratic - HMON more than HWRF and both seem too high on intensity.

A few hours later HMON is NE of previous run but still weaker.

It loses the center at the start and struggles to respin one up within a broader circulation. Not going to put much stock in this run.

Thankfully we just got our new windbreakers in.
If they just arrived from China, don’t forget to microwave them for 30 seconds to disinfect them of Corona.

Rob Perillo looks like he lost weight for hurricane season. It’s his time to shine. I heard him going off script earlier putting his own twist on the national forecast

Yeah. HWRF looks much more consistent with previous run.

Would you rather a meteorologist that reads exactly from NWS?

Rob slimmed down about a year or so ago. Looking good nowadays, but he just told us to prepare for losing power so I'm mad at him.

Duke/rt, looking at the Radar near Cuba it appears the center is north of the area the NHC is calling the center. Is this just because it’s a broad circulation and it appears that is the center? Just curious.

Already looks like Marco has dissipated
