i follow a bunch of barstool people on twitter and i think they'd be posting a bunch if the app was about to launch here. guessing it's a few weeks/months away.

Have fun making a 12-team $5 parlay while waiting 2.5 hours in line. Or at least the person in front of you will be doing so.

it's insane at the kiosks in mississippi

there will be a group of 3 brothas standing at a kiosk for literally 25 minutes putting together 5 different 10 leg parlays

put your bets in and gtfo

I stopped going to the Hollywood casino on Sunday mornings for that reason. I went today to make my NFL and NASCAR bets and every kiosk was open.

They put 10-minute time limit signs on them now but nobody actually follows. You'll even have the girlfriends face timing their man while he gives her his picks

So, help me understand how much I would win betting $20 on The Bama game where LSU is picked to lose by 28 or 30.

Depends on if you bet the spread or the money line. If you bet the spread you’d win ~$20 if LSU covers. If you bet the money line you’d win ~$540 if LSU wins outright.

I look forward to finally getting the Caesars commercials with Patton Oswald. And maybe that Draft Kings chick will show a boob.

Not true. Caesars owns Harrahs and they have an app. The app is already in use for residents of other states. LA residents can create an account right now and begin betting on the app as soon as Monday

You’re going to be really disappointed come Monday. There are a bunch of different apps that are in use in different states and can be downloaded in Louisiana. That doesn’t matter. You won’t be able to place mobile bets for at least another month, and probably longer than that.

Does this mean I can bet online without a vpn now?

I’m just trying to bet on soccer and I can’t on any site because I live in Louisiana.

Just want to know if we will be able to gamble online, not just the local casinos app.

Wonder how packed it will be. Probably hard to find a seat on day 1?

I feel like an a-hole when I take five minutes, half of it scrolling through the 30 college games. I just don’t understand how people can be so inconsiderate

I think Barstool will come to the state when the app is live. Portnoy came to Detroit when they went live in Michigan.

Online betting will not be up by Monday. Its only walk-in casinos that will be able to take wagers so far. Even the DraftKings betting app won't allow you to do it

Anybody place bets at L'Auberge in BR yet? How'd it go?

Sounds like the set up will be pretty lame until the expanded area opens in June. Are they at least providing tickets to fill out, before you get to the window?

For any newbies, you have to pay cash money so go to the ATM before you hit up the casino.

William Hill was one of the few books that did parlay sheets. Now that Caesars bought them out, I doubt you'll see any parlay sheets available in any of the casinos

Does anyone know anything about when any of the apps will go live?

I know Caesars shows November 24th and they are promoting that you can add funds now and get a $100 bet, but I tried to sign up and it wouldn't let me add funds.

After talking with a few other people, they had the same problem. Then just looking around on the Caesars app, I think DK betting app is better.

I found an article yesterday that was 5 days old and it said that within two weeks DK betting app should be available, 2 weeks from when the article was published would be November 11th.

Since I play DK fantasy and have funds in that account, it is connected to the DK betting app so I already have funds in it.

Anyone have any information on the others..

FYI: DK offers the same promo with the $100 bet. Just be aware that you bet the $100 and if you win, you will only get what you win. If you bet the spread with the $100 promo money and you win $100 (which would pay out $200) you will only get the $100 and not the "free" $100 they give you.
