You're definitely right about that. She has low impulse control, as evidenced by the video in the OP. I'm honestly surprised that this type of thing isn't more common, especially given how much she hangs out in bars.

Like that article in The Advocate noted, she has a well deserved reputation, from numerous sources around the city, of being one of the most foul mouth, as in a drunk sailor's cursing, politicians in the history of N.O.pols. It doesn't take much for the hood in to come out, sober or otherwise.
