The city ordinance specifically states that there are to be no overnight stays in that apartment.
She was clearly seen on camera coming in at night and leaving in the morning. Sometimes she was going in at 2am.
She’s using it as her personal party crash pad.

The city was doomed before her. Past leadership was a little more covert. Toya is the embodiment of the culture.
Helena Moreno is the front runner ,for mayor she seems to be on the level but super liberal as well. Moreno's issue is she's not black and that is a problem.
