Yeah, I don't get it either. Phasing the phases is about the most Toya/Avegno thing possible though.

they are doing exactly that here in NC. We just got out of phase 2.5 and I fully expect a phase 3.5 because we're no where near open. none of these ".5s" were in the original plan, obviously

They believe they need to keep the economy down through November, to help Biden, because then if he wins they will get a huge federal bailout.

The motivation has absolutely nothing to do with the election. Trump is going to win Louisiana regardless of anything that happens with nola bar rules or nola’s economy.

This is about the overall economy. Most major urban dem cities are doing similar things.

The bitch has ruined my daughter's debutante season. They didn't even publish the deb section in the paper this year for political reasons.

Boo fricking hoo

Destroya and Avegno are ruining people’s livelihoods. No one gives a damn about deb season, find something else to waste your money on.

Latoya doing work. Thank God N.O. residents have a mayor who looks out for them and listens to science to make the tough decisions to protect them. Now that the science says it’s safe she’s beginning to open it up like a true leader.

Testing numbers have been down lately in New Orleans watch for them to stay down and the positivity rate to pick up. A higher positivity rate allows Destroya Avegno to pull the reigns back.

It was important to my daughter. She had been looking forward to it. And, a-hole, I will decide what I want to waste my money on. I can be concerned about folks' livelihoods AND making my daughter happy.
