So apparently she wears the pants in the family and he is a turbo cuck. Otherwise, he would be able to persuade her to persuade the Queen that Downtown development is being destroyed, along with French Quarter, Uptown, Marigny, and development (and struggle to survive)everywhere else.

WTF?!?
Legally, can she just make up new phases to go by?

Yeah, I don't get it either. Phasing the phases is about the most Toya/Avegno thing possible though.

I mean if Lee Zurik needs something to investigate, this is it 100%.
I have no doubt he has looked into it or gotten tips. None of these guys do any report without documents or someone to go on the record and do an interview. This stuff is being decided so arbitrarily that I would bet there isn't a massive paper trail and there are only a few people who actually have the relevant information.
I would imagine public record requests have been done for all of the emails etc. but Destroys is smart enough not to put much in emails.

They don't realize moving the phase 4 sounds better than 3.2.0.0.3.

And I would be willing to bet that she ccs the City Attorney on most of her emails so City Hall could withhold them on the basis of attorney-client privilege.

They believe they need to keep the economy down through November, to help Biden, because then if he wins they will get a huge federal bailout.

They're just making shite up to try to maintain control and power. In a perfect world, every single business owner would open at 100% and let them do what they're going to do. It would take every single one, though.

They turned off the comments on her livestream of the presser when things started going south.

I can't help but think this is the case. She threw out that $2.1 Billion in lost revenue since March for a reason. Eventually, she's showing up at the government's door like this....

I am waiting to see Phase 3.1.1 rev A at the next presser

Latoya doing work. Thank God N.O. residents have a mayor who looks out for them and listens to science to make the tough decisions to protect them. Now that the science says it’s safe she’s beginning to open it up like a true leader.

I have two cousins in the restaurant business in Nola, one with a few casual restaurants in the city, the other in an unrelated restaurant supply business.
Both have done well making a good living. Both got PPP money and low interest loans that helped them keep and pay most of their staff, make building lease payments and pay other fixed expenses.
Restaurant side is down 35% - 65% depending on location (take out) with the supply side down 68%. Unless the Feds come out with another stimulus package (doubtful) or restrictions are greatly eased and customers return, neither is sure they'll make it very far into 2021.
Neither wants to declare bankruptcy but I've told them (I'm older) to protect their families financial security above all else.
They are in their early 40's and worked damn hard over many years to build their businesses.
It's a shame that Nola and state government consider them as nothing more than minor collateral damage.
