May not be necessary. Although Switchblades have gotten a lot of press, the Puma UAS and laser guided rocket combo are being provided and may be even more lethal.
Conclusion...
Therefore, as one of the options, Ukraine may become the first country in the World where the system will be used in a real battlefield. This will make it even easier for russians to die on Ukrainian soil because of their aggression.

Yup, they could. Much easier to just train and equip the Ukrainians. If we're not at the controls, we can still maintain non-direct interference.

And ya, I've royally pissed off the Poliboard so I get downvoted on anything to do with Ukraine.
I mean on the OT I have tards insisting Ukrainians are Russians, and always have been.
That's like saying the Polish are Germans, and always have been because Prussia invaded in the late 1700s and controlled the territory until the end of WW I.

Odds of some Special Forces activity is quite high IMO. Fake Ukraine uniforms and passports can’t be that hard to come by.
We used to have those guys with us on our submarine when we had the attachment to carry Navy Seals - those guys were nuts.

Ukraine wins by not folding. As long as they are grinding it out with Russia the sanctions, cost, and logistics will ruin the Russian advance. It's pretty clear they have no real plans for a long war and aren't prepared for urban warfare. If the Russians are sent into the meat grinder that is street fighting/urban warfare, I can't see their morale holding up, albeit their morale seems certainly low now.

Ukraine have won by not giving up control of Kiev and in effect, their country. Russia is now fighting for consolation prize which also won’t come easy

According to the International Study of War think tank (I have no idea if they are legitimate or not, hard to tell anymore) Russia is seeing units refuse to return to combat.
I read their daily updates which are great at explaining some of the back stories, their commentary seems fairly unbiased to me.

Yeah but the Ukrainians are the only ones with actual recent combat experience against the Russians. Or any real military that has the capability to bring air power and large amounts of artillery to the fight.

Good point. No argument here.
Ukraine has taken western doctrine and put it up against eastern doctrine for the first time in well....a really long time. And it's all for the world to see.

I say this after seeing the absolute shambles of the Afghan Army firsthand and our attempt to train them under ISAF, 20 years of training and free equipment, and they crumbled in less than a week, having barely putting up a fight. Imagine what the Ukrainians would have done with the same time and resources against Russian ground forces?
