My skin is going to sluff off my body from the radiation, but at least western Europe will be a democracy while I succumb to radiation poisoning.

Ummmmm, no it’s not. Zyklon B is a chemical weapon, not a biological weapon. Biological weapons by their very definition are biological, like bacteria and viruses. The Nazis used it in limited capacities just to see what a virus or bacteria would do to it’s victims, but using biological weapons on mass took too long and was way too risky to use against civilians.

While maybe a bit positive in favor of the Ukrainians, this thread is good commentary on the current situation around Kyiv, particularly the Eastern advance on the city:

@PhillipsPObrien

Battle around Kyiv, some interesting signs from different sources. Has the risky drive from Sumy by the Russians petered out--or was it never as close to start? This will have serious implications to any move on the Ukrainian capital.

quote:

This was the UK MOD's intelligence estimate map on 11 March. The drive seemed very close to the outskirts of Kyiv. LINK

quote:

This is the most recent map, just released an hour ago. The Russian drive is now much further back, all the way to Romny. It this is true, that drive is in serious trouble. LINK

Activists seize Putin Villa - have to turned it over to refugees from Europe.

FRENCH ACTIVISTS SEIZED PUTIN’S DAUGHTER’S VILLA FOR REFUGEES FROM UKRAINE
Share
Documents in the name of the wife of Katerina Tikhonova were found in the house

The seized villa is waiting for a family of refugees from Ukraine / Collage “Today”

Against the backdrop of various sanctions against wealthy citizens of Russia, the Europeans were imbued with the idea of ? confiscating the assets of Russians with their further transfer to the use of Ukrainians suffering from Russian aggression. A resident of the French resort town of Biarritz did this without a trial and a corresponding decision from local authorities.

People’s confiscation

Local activist Pierre Afner reportedly broke into Putin’s daughter’s Alta Mira villa at 9 avenue du general Mac-Croskey Biarritz. We are talking about the youngest daughter of an international criminal, Katerina Tikhonova, who is the director of the National Intellectual Development Foundation.
Youngest daughter of Vladimir Putin

The French activist changed the locks on the villa, planted a Ukrainian flag there and said that this house is ready to accept refugees from the Putin regime, primarily Ukrainian citizens.

In the seized villa, in addition to the magazine “GDP. Development Strategy,” there were documents concerning the owner of the private investment group Volga Group, Putin’s friend in the 1990s, Gennady Timchenko, and Kirill Shamalov, Katerina’s husband. A copy of Kirill Shamalov’s passport was found, as well as an electricity bill translated into French at the place of registration in Moscow. Such documents could be needed to open a bank account in France, the purchase of a villa itself, etc.

This villa is known to be valued at around $3.7 million. The asset was purchased by Katerina’s husband from Timchenko, a commodity trader who has known the Russian president since the 1990s.

I don’t know French law, but usually activists don’t have the authority to do that. They should be arrested and prosecuted.

Institute for the Study of War briefing (Yesterday)

quote:

•Russian forces did not conduct offensive operations northwest of Kyiv for the third day in a row.

•Russian forces did not conduct attacks toward northeastern Kyiv and prioritized reinforcing their lines of communication and logistics routes.

•Russian and proxy forces successfully captured several towns north of Mariupol in Donetsk Oblast on March 13, the only offensive ground actions of the day.

•Ukrainian protests in occupied Kherson are likely expanding.

•Russia is diluting its international deployments in Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh to reinforce operations in Ukraine and pulling additional forces from Russia’s far east.

•Ukrainian intelligence reported Russia will deploy preexisting pro-Assad Syrian units to Ukraine, in addition to previously announced plans to recruit new Syrian and Libyan mercenaries. These forces are unlikely to enable Russia to favorably change the balance of forces around Kyiv in the next week but may provide a longer-term pool of low-quality replacements.

•Russian ballistic missiles killed 35 Ukrainians at the Yavoriv military training center near Poland in a likely effort to interdict Western aid deliveries to Ukraine—following up on the Kremlin’s March 12 announcement it will treat international aid shipments as military targets.

quote:

Russian forces are engaged in four primary efforts at this time:

•Main effort—Kyiv (comprised of three subordinate supporting efforts);
-Supporting effort 1—Kharkiv;
-Supporting effort 1a—Luhansk Oblast;
-Supporting effort 2—Mariupol and Donetsk Oblast; and
-Supporting effort 3—Kherson and advances westward.

I disagree

Let them have Ukraine......that will postpone things long enough for clandestine plans to be made for the assassination of Putin.

It looks like a 35 year old Putin that transformed into Katerina and got a boob job with a Karen haircut.
