Coping about a Pro Ukrainian Account posting that information and your first instinct was to say it was fake. You don't verify anything and just post Russian propaganda all day long.
But you posted Ayden reposting something, and that involves context... and he is not a dependable source.

His misjudgement is keeping neocons around him to "give advise". As soon as his DOJ files charges against Lady G and Nam Dick, things are going to shift in his favor. Also he needs to get rid of Kellog.

There is no evidence that the "conscriptors" are not following Ukraine's conscription law.
It's obvious that neither you or JB know anything about the US Selective Service Act, and the historical penalties for not registering or reporting for duty; else you would not be pushing this false narrative.
