India has significant military spend with both the US and Russia. And deep economic ties to both. So it’s in their interests not to screw up either relationship. So in a way they are forced to be neutral in this situation despite the legacy Russian lean

I thought I posted this yesterday but doesn’t look like it.
Retired general last night said that so far 350 javelins have been fired or used by Ukrainians, and they hit their targets (and I assume destroyed them) 320 times for success rate of around 90% as expected.
Bad arse little missile system
He talked about stingers and said they were great but only really good against helicopters and low flying aircraft, and when the Russians go to level the cities they are going to use bombers that will be out of range.
He said we need to start sending them some type of remote firing RPG systems but they didn’t give him time to talk about them much.
