Only one source so far ( Denys Davydov) but this catches your eye:

Systems like the Patriot would obviously be the best option to shoot down incoming missiles but like I said, we just don’t have that many to send and still have enough for our own needs. Fighters can intercept missiles but it’s not as easy as it would be for SAMs. More than anything f-16s would be a deterrence to Russia and their aviation advantage. This is a quality vs quantity war basically. All because of
one little short man with a god complex that thinks he’s the great Russian conqueror all these people have to die for his ambitions. If someone in Russia would just off this son of a bitch this could all end.

Not enough shells, but more than enough phosphorus.
Ruscists are shelling unoccupied areas of Bakhmut with incendiary ammunition.

So, Russians are able to shell Kherson, but unable to shell the U’s on the left side of the river that are closer to them?

That's a pretty exceptional claim. Anything to back it up? Serious question

It's been reported here and elsewhere. Not new at all

From the same post, I saw this claimed earlier in a twitter thread. Looks like they are starting to set up the information theatre, especially when view next to some of the other reports/actions from the last week or so.

The head of the Nikolaev region, Vitaliy Kim, urged local residents not to film or post on the Internet the movement of Ukrainian military equipment in the region in the near future.

Hysterical claims aside of this being terrorism/genocide as the Twitter comment crowd is crowing, I am curious as to why they are employing this now. I only recollect a handful of other occasions where incendiary fire has been claimed or captured on media and nothing approaching this scale.
My hypotheticals are that either they are trying to push the last areas of the city by burning the UAF out, though it looks to be more central than the areas they still hold (I am looking for geolocation atm) for a May 9th victory cry, or Wagner is actually pulling out and they are going scorched earth to block a potential counter by the UAF.
Third and unlikely possibility (though one that would be very satisfying) is that they are firebombing Wagner after the recent videos for "retreating from the front".
Edit: Clarity

This is why we should be sending clusters to Ukraine. We have a good number of them, many set to be destroyed. This would even the playing field when the Russians use white phosphorus. The gloves are off in this war there should be no worry about how terrible a weapon is when the Russians are using WP and thermobaric weapons.

Agree, clusters should have been sent a good 3 months ago, maybe before that.

Key Takeaways
The Russian Ministry of Defense (MoD) appears to have deprioritized the Bakhmut offensive in favor of preparing to defend against an anticipated Ukrainian counteroffensive, putting the Wagner Group and Wagner financier Yevgeny Prigozhin in a potentially difficult position
Wagner’s continued persistence within Bakhmut is incongruent with the overall slow-down in the pace of Russian operations elsewhere in Ukraine as conventional Russian forces appear to largely be shifting focus to prepare to receive the much-anticipated Ukrainian counteroffensive.
Recently dismissed former Deputy Minister of Defense for Logistics Colonel General Mikhail Mizintsev is reportedly serving as deputy commander of the Wagner Group, likely as part of Wagner’s campaign to retain access to Russian military supplies.
Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu ordered newly-appointed Deputy Minister for Logistics Alexei Kuzmenkov to control the supply of weapons and equipment to Russian forces in Ukraine.
Russian occupation authorities announced the forced removal of 70,000 civilians in occupied Zaporizhia Oblast to areas deeper in the Russian-occupied rear under the guise of evacuations.
The Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD) proposed a draft bill aimed at appealing to growing anti-migrant sentiments in Russia and supporting the Russian military’s efforts to recruit migrants.
Russian Human Rights Council head Valery Fadeev reportedly stated that Russian authorities should regulate Telegram channels similarly to how Russia censors state-controlled media.
Russian forces conducted ground attacks near Kreminna and Avdiivka and made marginal gains within Bakhmut.
Russian milbloggers claimed that Ukrainian forces conducted limited counterattacks near Bakhmut.
The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) claimed it prevented a Ukrainian assassination attempt against an occupation deputy of the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP) on May 5.
Chechen Republic Head Ramzan Kadyrov continues his own personal force generation efforts aimed at securing Russian President Vladimir Putin’s favor.

Russian occupation authorities continue measures to strengthen social control of occupied territories.

Denys has been known to set up or be given info to spread information theatre. Kherson, Kherson, Kherson, then Lyman happened.

quote:Davydov is definately an asset. He has his sources due to his 637k international subscribers based on daily updates in English. These sources also help protect him from falling for disinformation. In addition, doesn't try to be the first guy to break news, which adds to his Number One product: credibility.

INTELLIGENCE UPDATE
UPDATE ON UKRAINE 6 May 2023
Six Russian regions, occupied Crimea, and 21 cities have cancelled their 09 May Victory Day parades citing security concerns. Victory Day commemorates the Soviet Union's victory over Nazi Germany. Moscow's Victory Day celebration is likely to go ahead but on a smaller scale. Russian President Vladimir Putin's reception following the parade (last held in 2019) will not go ahead.
The traditional March of the Immortal Regiment, where family members display photographs of deceased veterans of the Second World War, associated with Victory Day, has also been cancelled. This follows the recent cancellation of the Russian-hosted International Army Games.
The timing of the UAV strike on the Kremlin a few days before Victory Day shows Russia's increasing vulnerability to such attacks and has almost certainly raised the threat perception of the Russian leadership over the Victory Day events. The potential for protests and discontent over the Ukraine war are also likely to have influenced the calculus of the Russian leadership.

Ukraine's Air Force admits shooting down first Russian ballistic missile on May 4
by The Kyiv Independent news desk May 6, 2023 11:08 AM
Ukraine's Air Force admitted on May 6 that it shot down a Russian Kh-47 Kinzhal ballistic missile for the first time since the start of the war.
The Air Force said that a Patriot air defense system was used to destroy the ballistic missile over Kyiv Oblast that Russia launched from MiG-31K in its territory at around 2:30 a.m. on May 4.
The Air Force said that the military leadership decided not to publish information about the downing of the Kh-47 Kinzhal missile by the Patriot system immediately due to "quite obvious" reasons. It didn't elaborate.
The report comes after a denial from the force's spokesperson Yurii Ihnat on May 5, who said that ballistic missiles were not shot down or even detected over Kyiv's airspace on May 4.
The question to Ihnat was in response to the publication Defense Express's report on May 5 that a Kh-47 Kinzhal ballistic missile could have been successfully shot down by Ukrainian air defense overnight on May 4.
Ukraine received U.S. Patriot air defense systems at the end of April, which are viewed as one of the world's best air defense systems, and enable Ukraine to shoot down ballistic missiles.
