No that’s war crime.

Any experience commerical diver from anywhere could have done it. Similar has been done in the Gulf of Mexico for 50 years to remove cement filled steel pilings.

BTW, this happened in at the lowest point of each section, so less seawater went inside and easier to repair. Sure looks like false flag with that info.

The document contains a summary of 12 combat brigades that are being assembled, with nine of them apparently being trained and supplied by the United States and other NATO allies. Of those nine brigades, the documents said that six would be ready by March 31 and the rest by April 30. A Ukrainian brigade has about 4,000 to 5,000 soldiers, analysts said.

That was as of March 1st, of course, but it indicates that the offensive could really begin at any time. If Ukraine has most of its invasion force ready, it could begin the attack now, and then use the remaining force in a few weeks on a supporting axis.

Or, part of the force could be used now in an attack on a different part of the front, to fool Russia into redirecting reserve units to the wrong area.

But it still probably makes sense to wait until closer to the end of the month.

Can’t be a war crime if it’s only a ‘special military operation,’ sorry!

Do you believe this bit:

quote:

One of the slides said 16,000 to 17,500 Russian soldiers had been killed while Ukraine had suffered as many as 71,500 troop deaths.

That is basically a retread of the Turkish numbers which literally nobody takes any stock in.

This is supposedly the relevant bit:

Again, this is either real, leaked US intelligence, or it's part of some fake stuff put out to throw the Russians off somehow. I don't think we have any way of knowing that right now (nor do I think that Russian intelligence knows either).

Some Russian site thought it would be persuasive to simply transpose a couple of the numbers:

Some of these numbers are even off-center. IMO, a very poor attempt.

No, you're picking up on a translation misunderstanding that's gone viral.

What the Ukrainian official said that it's possible that Crimea could be returned to Ukrainian control through military operations, or it might be returned to Ukrainian control through negotiation.

No military highly experienced men needed. Anyone from Turkey to Nigeria could have done it. Hell, Nigeria is making bank on LNG sales.

That it happened at the best possible point for repairs, and yes sections of pipeline have been replaced at lower depths, is quite telling.

Anyone who bought what decades long far leftist Seymour Hersh wrote is just plain ignorant. His article was shot through with lies, obviously lies to any who fact checked it

It looks quite similar to the Russian claims which Perun found laughable.
