1st BCT is the Devil brigade from the Devils in baggy pants 504th PIR, the nickname came from a Wehrmacht officer's journal.
2nd BCT is the Falcon brigade from the 325th The 325th is the oldest of the three dating back to WWI and was originally along with the 326th was made up of men from the south. Later it incorporated soldiers from all the states and that is the genesis of the All American nickname and the 82nd's AA patch. Though we all know it really stands for Alcoholics Annonymous.
3rd BCT is the Pather brigade from the 505th PIR

Would be shocked if Kherson has already fallen. The only way that’s happened is if Russian forces abandoned the city to set up defensive position on the east side of the river. Which would be the smart thing to do.
