There is plenty of satellite intelligence available from private companies. The Cell phone intercepts are with a British company. Human intel is likely mostly Ukrainian infiltration, which would likely be much easier for them to accomplish. Are Russians still using cell phones instead of encrypted radio comms?

I saw some post on Telegram that said yesterday in the Kherson area, they were using cell phones to try to call in artillery support.
