I suppose they could open the door and jump out if they really wanted to but I can’t see why they would. The Air Force and agency have plenty of unmarked planes they could do that with if they were trying to be that sneaky. Hell, we have friendly borders with Ukraine, they could just drive in or even take one of the dozens of commercial flights flying into Kyiv everyday still.
