Can't open it. I don't do Twitter. Remember not everyone is so addicted to all forms of SM as you. Did he give up or is he going to rain down terror? If he's giving it to the Russians there may be some opportunity for you in the future right there in the heart of Donetsk.

It's being reported in the Ukraine media. Seems like it's long overdue considering...

The GOPe is dead. Please stop. Populists don't have the votes yet to kill this absurdity, but it will come to fore. Republicanism has historically been an anti-war party. An anti-three letter government agency party. A fighter of this nonsense. I want to have nothing to do with you, and most non-psychos agree with me.

There is absolutely no basis for this. In fact, it would be impossible to truthfully argue that either major American political party has a record of being “anti-war.”

Any civilians staying in that area are crazy it should be an easy decision. I’m sure 75% of Ukraine’s available forces are down south right now and they left behind a smaller force to just hold the line as best they can. They should have done this long ago. Not discounting the Donbas but your port cities are your lifeline.

The best argument for the Republicans over the last century would be the 1920s and 30s when the majority were isolationists but that changed on Dec 7 1941 and never really swung back.

Let me guess: they were directed at a certain group of people whose origin is in the eastern Mediterranean and who are known for their financial and comedic skills?

What did he say?

You may be overlooking the almost constant state of war and occupation in Central America at that time, during a string of Republican administrations. There were isolationists then, as there are now, but US policy at that time included empire building by military force. The country of Nicaragua was governed by the Department of War in Washington. And before becoming president, William H Taft was the Secretary of War.

I’m not getting down on anyone. It’s just an objective fact that there is no established anti-war party in American politics. Neither Democrats nor Republicans can honestly claim any such thing.

I’ve been against US involvement in some conflicts and I’ve also seen the benefit to others. I’m generally not fan of war, ever.

The Russians forced this war. It’s completely unnecessary. If the Russians are not opposed here and now then more unnecessary war will follow. This one is an easy call.

But how is that possible when all the war hawks in this thread kept telling me that Ukraine was winning?

Duh, no one is actually remaining in Donetsk, unless they either refuse to leave or unable.
