As in Abstract Queso Dip’s example, a supposed weakling has punched a bully in the nose. That particular bully learned his lesson because he isn’t a psychopath. He knew that if he continued to bully the 15-year-old, there would be severe consequences from either his victim or friends and family of the victim.
Putin is a psychopath. He isn’t going to stop bullying Ukraine. He literally can’t. His wiring won’t let him.
Therefore, it is left for Ukraine’s friends and family to stop him. History is littered with the downfalls of people like Putin. He is not special and has no powers that will alter the inevitable, his impending death.
