Stole a womans phone and money at Lauberge casino and had her players card in her purse. Returned phone to Lauberge but not the $200 that was also stolen. All caught on security cameras.
Edit for clarification. This chick stole a womans purse. Stole her phone and cash and put the phone in her own purse.
