I have a trip booked for mid September
How are things there?
Have to wear a mask everywhere?
Is everything open or just certain places?
Debating on canceling or not
Any info would be appreciated

We are currently under a mask mandate. Casinos require them.

Most casinos are open, but alot of places in them are closed or close early.

So what if is? Regardless of opinions on efficacy, do you like wearing one? I will wear them when required but HATE THEM and would rather be somewhere where they were not mandated. I was in Estes Park for a week and they were only required in some places and it was awesome compared to here.

Your thread read
Like a Haiku
With too many

And lines?

I went in mid-July. Kind of normal and quite a few people. Sportbooks were dead but would be much better now. At the tables in some casinos they had partitions between every player, other casinos would just leave empty seat between players

Casinos are open, there are some other places open but a lot is closed. You will have to wear a mask pretty much everywhere you go.

I was supposed to be going in September to see George Strait, but his concert was canceled.

All of the card/gaming tables have fiberglass up.

I doubt strip clubs are open

We were supposed to go for the Saints game on September 21 which is my birthday. Even if we didn't go to the game, I envisioned the Caesar's Palace sports book as being one gigantic Saints tailgate party. Now I don't know. No fans will be allowed at the game and half of the city appears to be shut down. I have some friends who were there a few weeks ago and had a great time, but they said it was a mixed bag. No shoes. Many restaurants closed, but that didn't matter much because enough good ones were open. Casinos were going strong. We are leaning toward not going. It may not be worth the trouble right now.

I had a suite at the Aria booked for the Saints-Raiders game but canceled the trip last week.
