Exactly the point. Pretty much all these other shooting are dragged on and talked about forever but one of the worst shootings in US history vanishes pretty quick relative to all the other shootings.

Not to mention there’s like three photographs in existence of the guy.
Not one for conspiracies, but it makes no sense whatsoever that the biggest shooting in US history has so little information available. No motive, no co conspirators, nothing.
Makes the “arms deal gone bad” theory almost seem plausible

The way it was reported was no different than any other shooting. For a few days the media ran an all out blitz then the news cycle takes over. If the new was slower than usual they would have covered it longer, but Trump had been president for less than a year and it seemed like everything going on in Washington was being reported a lot more than usual.

There is no rule saying someone must reveal their motive before committing a mass shooting.
The link I provided shows all the video footage of him bringing up all of his luggage over a few days. He was acting as normal as one can act.. At the least, he wasn't acting in away that would have made anyone suspicious.

Looks like much came out about the guy. It just didn't fit what people wanted to think about the loser.
He had child porn on his hard drives. He was a conspiracy theory type. He was a degenerate gambler. He was a loser who wanted to be something he could never be.
Everyone who thinks, how can that be done, someone would see don't get it.
The general population pays attention to what's right in front of them. Go sit somewhere without your phone in front of your face and watch for 15 minutes how ignored everything and everyone is.

Not everything has a clear motive. Not every shot fired hit someone. He fired into a crowd of people. That makes him accurate?

It happens in every mass shooting.
The last guy I remember having any amount of staying power in the press after the fact was the Virginia Tech incel. Since then, they're quick to shelve the killers.
