Had some idiots on a fire team when I was in the Air Force that didn't secure their M-60 in the Hummer turret during a convoy and that fricker flew off into a median on I-80. They didn't realize until we got to the site and then afterwards we all had to back track and look. We never found it.
It was found a few months later when a tractor ran over it cutting grass.

Bandit, the last thing in the world I want to undertake is to assist you with reading comprehension.
I will leave that to someone with much more time and ambition.

Well yeah- a big John Deere and bush hog running around you and you don’t even move muscle - that’s not normal sleeping.
In fact, how do we know she wasn’t already OD’d when the incident occurred?

She really had to work hard to be homeless if that's what she looked like.
I was about to say that. Half of TD would have given her their own bed if she would have just become a social media influencer

What makes the grass grow?!
Anyone with bayonette training knows that.

Gonna guess this is a pre-heroin photo.

Thats horrible. I imagine the death was quick.
My rotary mower will chew up a 3" sweetgum like it isnt even there. I hate to think what it would do to bone and flesh.

I tried to find a more recent newspaper follow up and I found nothing. Not even a notice of how the death was entered by the coroner.

What gets me is the guy cutting the grass didn’t even notice till he came back around and saw it. That JD and the bush hog must be stout.

What about the fact that she was sleeping in grass tall enough to not be seen. Almost makes me thing she either passed out there or was dead and dumped there.

They are stout. Like a said above it will shred a 3" thick sweet gun tree. We have some crp land that only gets cut every 3 years and its pretty thick in there. Mine is a Rhino and has no trouble.
Prayers for the lady and her family.

Landscaper hit it first, and you don't want those sloppy seconds.
