This cock sucker won't come out and tell the whole extent of it. Hopefully he doesn't get anyone killed.

I'm not sure if I can think of anyone who has shown themselves to be so incompetent.

That is very insensitive to the homeless.

That would be Tuesday correct? A work day if I recall. This not a problem for his voting base.

But more importantly, do they still have to stay woke as he likes to say?

Heard something earlier about the LSU-BYU game officials ruling out moving the game to the Superdome because of concerns about the city's drainage ability, or lack thereof.

would be tough to be elected to a national office when you fail at your one job as mayor of New Orleans: keep it from drowning.

Is there any flooding in the city now? Someone said Carrolton, but I haven't seen that reported anywhere

Multiple streets are flooded as of now. Not to the point it is causing damage though

In CBD and it hasn't really rained in hours. Drove down Carrollton for lunch in mid city and it was fine as well. My street in Metairie however was flooded out for a 3 inch downpour over 35 minutes.

Any word on the 16 or so pumps that were out just a couple weeks ago? I know there was a fire that took out a couple but others were down for several different reasons.

The usual places are flooded. The railroad overpass at the 610, low streets in mid City, parts of gentilly, etc...

Nothing terrible yet. But we have 2 days of rain left.

Yeah, I figured this kind of thing. I just thought there was some sort of major flooding happening and no one talking about it
