You must know nothing about Orleans parish. Have you ever seen the S&WB work? It takes a truck load of guys to watch someone lift a manhole, then take a four hour cigarette break before lunch.

They are machines.

Not to mention all that federal money that was for fixing flood issues (St. Bernard parish got it right, Jefferson Parish got it right)

Where did that money go? Seriously?
